If you created your codeguppy.com account before October 16, 2026, your account is provided by Inventika LLC from that date under these Terms of Use.

You must be at least 13 years old to open a codeguppy.com account.

You are solely responsible for protecting your account password and other account information.

You must use the codeguppy.com account only for the purpose of saving JavaScript projects using the tools provided on the website. You are not allowed to store binary information inside codeguppy.com projects, unless the binary information is reasonable in size and is stored for the benefit of the project.

You must not use derogatory or offensive comments inside codeguppy.com projects.

codeguppy.com does not endorse or take responsibility for thoughts, opinions, or statements expressed in user-created codeguppy.com projects.

The codeguppy.com website, the CodeGuppy name and logo, and the tutorials and other content provided by codeguppy.com are owned by Inventika LLC or its licensors. codeguppy.com tutorials are copyrighted. You are not allowed to distribute the content of codeguppy.com tutorials.

codeguppy.com projects included with the tutorials are made available under a modified Creative Commons (CC) license unless specified otherwise within the project. You are allowed to fork and modify any project on the codeguppy.com site. You are also allowed to distribute codeguppy.com projects outside the codeguppy.com website (e.g., include them in personal blogs, etc.) as long as you credit codeguppy.com or the appropriate authors.

We may terminate your access to your codeguppy.com account, without cause or notice, which may result in the deletion of projects stored by you. Users are responsible for backing up any important projects outside the codeguppy.com website.

If you no longer wish to have a registered account, you may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Please extract all projects you want to keep from codeguppy.com before initiating the account closure request.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the free offering on codeguppy.com.

Paid products offered on codeguppy.com, such as the Illustrated JavaScript Coding Course, are sold by Inventika LLC. Inventika LLC is the seller of these products and the party that grants the license that comes with them. Each product is licensed for the use described on its product page (for example, the PowerPoint edition is licensed for classroom use and the PDF edition for home use). Checkout and payment processing are provided by Gumroad, and Gumroad's terms also apply to your purchase. The printed edition of the course is sold through Lulu under Lulu's terms. We may send occasional email updates about the codeguppy.com service to the provided email address.

We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms of Use, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to the User. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of your codeguppy.com account following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
